  • Provides expert technical advice to the Program Development Committee
  • Reviews and provides recommendations regarding Robofest competition rules
  • Provides technical support to Robofest venues

Robofest Educational Advisory Committee

  • Encourages and motivate students and other teachers to participate in Robofest
  • Reviews and provides recommendations regarding Robofest Judging Guidelines
  • Assists in the development, scheduling and evaluation of workshops for teachers and students
  • Shares and recommends educational resources with the greater educational community at large
  • Monitors and evaluates the pedagogical quality of Robofest

Robofest Regional Host Organizing Committee

  • Ensures a safe, secure, and student focused environment for all regional competitions
  • Reviews and implement all contest rules and competition judging guidelines
  • Reviews and implement all on-site competition requirements
  • Provides the Program Development Committee with regional competition data and participant feedback
  • Promotes participation and awareness of the Robofest
  • Each Regional Robofest Site Host will be required to participate on this committee

Robofest Program Development Committee

  • Develops, plans and administrates annual Robofest contest
  • Develops Robofest rules and judging guidelines
  • Develops, schedules, implements and oversees annual competition site locations and competition dates
  • Provides workshops and technical resources to Robofest participants
  • Develops partnerships with other organizations including Schools, Home Schools, After-school Program Providers, Colleges and Universities, Industry, Associations, and Technical/Educational/Scientific Communities
  • Develops and implements cohesive annual Marketing and Public Relations Campaign

         Develops and implements a long-term Strategic Plan that will support the future growth and funding of the Robofest
