(1) RoboExpo, September 26
RoboExpo connecting everyone in robotics will be held on Sep. 26, 1~5pm at Lawrence Technological University in Michigan. Over 20 companies/organizations are coming to introduce robotics products, services, and educational programs.
Everyone is welcome. Admission is free. Walk-in registration is welcome. You may win an NXT (donated by Lego Education) or Kinect sensor (donated by Microsoft).
There will be fun activities (Wireless Vision Race, Remote Sumo, Balloon Race with Scorpion, Balloon Race with Humanoid Knight) for everyone. Technical breakout sessions are available.

(2) World�s first Hexapod Robot Sumo during RoboExpo
Five teams will be competing in the world�s first hexapod robot sumo during RoboExpo on Sep. 26, 1pm~4:30pm. Come and see intelligent robot spiders! This event is sponsored by ROBOTIS Inc. Rules are posted at www.robofest.net .
(3) Introduction to RoboParade and Robofest
In contrast to other big robotics competitions, Robofest does not require teams to hold major fundraisers to underwrite the cost of participation. However, Robofest provides unique opportunities to maximize students� math and science learning through autonomous robotics. To find out more about Robofest, attend a breakout session on Sep 26 during RoboExpo. Anyone can join the workshop via online Webinar. (4) 6th Annual RoboParade at Macomb Community College
6th Annual Thanksgiving RoboParade will be held at Macomb Community College Expo Center on
Nov. 19 (Sat.) from 12:00pm ~ 3:00pm
Please mark your calendar. The annual indoor RoboParade features fully autonomous robot floats, which follow a parade route, detect robots in front of them, and are constructed and programmed by student teams in fourth through 12th grades. Hands-on workshop for registered teams will be held at Lawrence Tech on Oct. 15 (Sat.) from 9am ~ Noon.

Robofest is seeking site hosts for the 2012 Competition Season. Qualifying Competition Sites are needed in Feb ~ March of 2012.
